We begin developing the schedule during our pre-construction planning. We systematically order any long-lead time products, coordinate proper timeliness with any trade partners involved, and set material selection deadlines. This early development allows us to implement a construction schedule that is both efficient and accurate. The schedule is a working document that may require revision throughout the life of the project. We do our due diligence to develop a schedule that can be maintained unless any unforeseen issues arise. If these issues do arise, you will be informed immediately and an updated schedule will be presented, along with a detailed description explaining the need for schedule revision.
